Rest |  Eat |  Fun | Unity | Exercise |  Love

Partnering with schools and organizations in underserved areas, we provide healthy snacks, hydration, mental wellness education, and self-care activities (yoga, meditation, AWBW trauma-informed art, etc.) to refuel students and the adults that serve them. Promoting optimal physical and mental well-being while tackling stigma reduction.

Youth Mental Health First Aid

A nationally recognized evidence-based early intervention public education training. It teaches adults how to recognize the signs and symptoms that suggest a potential mental health challenge, listen nonjudgmentally, give reassurance to a young person and refer to appropriate professional support. Please contact us to schedule training (remote or in-person) for your staff and volunteers working with young people. Valued up to $170/pp, your organization may qualify for significant savings.

Rally Champs

A unique mentoring program that matches students, involved in sports and other extracurricular activities, with caring adult volunteers who partner with the family to be present at student performances & events offering support and cheering them on, to boost self-confidence and foster a sense of belonging. Creating positive social connections and inspiring youth to reach their full potential.

Pop-Up Youth Wellness Camps

An interactive and engaging experience for youth to learn and practice coping skills. The camps emphasize that stress is normal, showcase mental health as a priority, and provide students and families with opportunities to normalize the conversation around mental health. Sample activities include:

  • Petting Zoo
